CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are not free services. Upon the Client's request, we come for a site evaluation, cost estimate and budget limitations. The Client gets refunded if the project goes ahead.
ON-BUDGET GUARANTEE
Our quantity surveyors continuously track projects costs to ensure the Client's goal is achieved with maximum efficency.
OBSERVATION
We oversee the design phase, contracting and building process from start to finish.
